Nitto (Permacel) / 422 (422-.75)

Nitto (Permacel) P-422 is a 2-mil PTFE film tape with unsurpassed dielectric strength in volts-per-mil, coupled with outstanding thermal rating and conformability. This tape is perfect as a high temperature release tape, for insulating connections in high voltage coils and power cables or as a release wrap on rollers. The P-422 passes UL-510 Flame Test and can meet Government Specification ASTM D2686, CID A-A-59474 Type 1, Class 1. Replaces outdated MIL-I-23594.
